Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "a8jl," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to a8jl Casino and the website accessible at https://a8jl.app, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "User," "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the a8jl Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the a8jl Platform.
• "Games" means all gaming products available on a8jl, including but not limited to live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, sabong, Monster Hi-Lo, and WL Live.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a Player's a8jl account wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive credited to a Player's account subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by applicable law and a8jl's internal compliance policies.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.

By completing the a8jl registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance mechanism, or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with a8jl and acknowledge your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with the a8jl Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions are available in English. In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions, the English version shall prevail. a8jl recommends that Players retain a copy of these Terms for future reference.

To be eligible to register and use the a8jl Platform, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited;
• Not be a self-excluded player or one whose access has been otherwise restricted by a8jl or a gaming authority;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of a8jl or its affiliated companies.

a8jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in suspension of the account and withholding of any withdrawals until verification is completed.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) a8jl account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across all associated accounts.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify a8jl promptly of any changes by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. a8jl strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted through your a8jl account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — will be attributed to you, and a8jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

All financial transactions on the a8jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). a8jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, and Metrobank Online. a8jl reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with or without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method, account verification status, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified a8jl account holder. a8jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. a8jl targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating conditions; however, processing times may be extended during peak periods, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

a8jl reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC obligations. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be delayed or declined. Funds deposited via one method will generally be returned via the same method where technically feasible.

a8jl may offer Bonuses to Players from time to time at its sole discretion. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Bonus funds must typically be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly for each promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds expire thirty (30) days after being credited to a Player's account. Expired Bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• a8jl reserves the right to cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time if it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
• Players who have initiated a withdrawal request prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements may have active Bonus balances forfeited.
• Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

All Games available on the a8jl Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet on any Game, you accept the applicable game rules in full.

a8jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live Games to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by a8jl, third parties, or Players. Live casino Games are conducted with real dealers in real time and are governed by the live dealer studio's published rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure that affects the outcome or display of a Game, a8jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. a8jl's decision in such matters shall be final. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable system error or software malfunction will not be honoured and will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a8jl Platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or exploitation of software bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial transaction;
• Abusing bonuses, promotions, or free play mechanisms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening a8jl staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision entitles a8jl to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending account, void all bets, and forfeit all balances without further notice. a8jl may also refer such matters to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

a8jl provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every verified account's dashboard without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly caps);
• Session time duration alerts;
• Cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion, which irrevocably prevents access to the a8jl Platform.

Once a permanent self-exclusion is activated, a8jl will not reinstate access under any circumstances. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During this period, no bets placed by the excluded Player will be settled in their favour.

a8jl operates a strict 21+ age verification policy. It is a criminal offence under Philippine law for anyone below the age of twenty-one (21) to gamble. Any a8jl account found to belong to a minor will be immediately and permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

a8jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and a8jl's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to a8jl's data processing practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

a8jl may share Player data with regulatory bodies including PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies acting under lawful authority, payment processors for the purpose of transaction execution, and KYC verification service providers. a8jl does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

All content on the a8jl Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, game titles, audiovisual elements, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of a8jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works based on Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from a8jl.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a8jl, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the a8jl Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or any gaming losses sustained.

a8jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. a8jl's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude a8jl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by a8jl's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

a8jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where a8jl has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player is engaging in or facilitating fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity;
• Closure is required by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to a8jl or other Players.

A Player may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting a8jl customer support. Upon account closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and KYC obligations. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

If you wish to raise a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your a8jl account, transactions, or Game outcomes, you must first contact a8jl customer support via Live Chat or email at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. a8jl targets an initial response to all complaints within 48 hours.

a8jl's internal dispute resolution process shall be completed within thirty (30) days of receiving a formal complaint. a8jl's decision on any Game outcome dispute, based on server log records, shall be final and binding unless a demonstrable technical error can be proven. Server log records shall take precedence over any client-side display discrepancies.

a8jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the a8jl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 14.

a8jl operates in alignment with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the a8jl Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. a8jl makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
